We have landed!

We have landed!

The first photo I took while in Maui! This beach was right outside our resort in Kihei!

Flower

Flower

The famous Hawaiian flower. Literally all along the beaches so I had to snap some!

Maui Tacos!

Maui Tacos!

We were all so hungry and went to some taco place near our hotel and munched on some famous Maui tacos that the locals recommended! It was so good!

Such a good photo!

Such a good photo!

Beautiful photo of me behind a great scenic view in Maui! Haha

Hang Loose

Hang Loose

Woke up the next morning after a long first day, went to the beach at 6:30 am, and laid on the sand with the Hawaiian breeze brushing on my face. Simply paradise.

Surfboards!

Surfboards!

Our Uber driver was driving and I told her I really anted a photo next to these cool displayed surfboards therefore we stopped!

BEACHES and more beaches!

BEACHES and more beaches!

This photo of the beach was on our way to Hana. All of the beaches on this island are incredible. Definitely like Maui more than Oahu for sure!

Into the Jungle!

Into the Jungle!

NOT! Thought this would be a cool photo so forced Arch to take this photo! LOL

Hang Loose Part 2

Hang Loose Part 2

Thought this was such a sick shot I took! And thank you to Arch's aunt who bought be a lava rock bracelet. Such a kind and thoughtful graduation present!

CHEESE!

CHEESE!

BLACK SAND BEACH during the Road to Hana! Such a fun trip! You see the whole south end of Maui and sea the coastal cliffs! I do NOT recommend taking a shuttle bus (which is what we took). Way too bumpy!

Molokini Crater!

Molokini Crater!

Jimmy and I swimming near the Molokini Crater. It was so hard to take photos since the waves were pretty strong!

Time to explore!

Time to explore!

One of the only photos I got of all us four! Should have taken more but this is us leaving our hotel and about to explore!

Fishies

Fishies

Saw so many different fishes and coral reefs while swimming near the Molokini Crater. The water wasn't even that cold even though it's high tide water and it was surprisingly really clear too!

ALL BLACK

ALL BLACK

Arch only wears black, doesn't like to go in water, and bought this popsicle floaty because he's always hungry, lol.

Yellow, pink, and red hibiscus!

Yellow, pink, and red hibiscus!

These beautiful hibiscus flowers are the symbol of the Hawaiian State Flower. But which color is it? Hmm...

Coral!

Coral!

Took a photo of this bright red coral while swimming. it was the brightest one in the sea!

Maui sunset.

Maui sunset.

I've never experienced such a view. It sucks how we don't get colors of the sky like this back in California. Truly breath taking.

Hawaiian Sea Turtles

Hawaiian Sea Turtles

The first day we arrived on Maui, I told Arch and his family the one thing that would make this trip perfect would be to see sea turtles. We went to numerous bays, beaches, and piers throughout the five day stay and had no luck. Then on our second to last day, our uber driver over heard us talking about how disappointed we were and took us to Ho'Okipa where there were about 10-15 of them laying on the beach!

Black Sand Beach

Black Sand Beach

My friend Maral was actually the one who inspired me to go to this beach. I really don't think they would call it the Black "SAND" Beach because the sand was more of small rocks...

Maui sunset part 2?

Maui sunset part 2?

Instead of a yellow sunset, I was able to experience one of Maui's famous PINK sunsets. I've never seen something so amazing - really.

Highway Artwork!

Highway Artwork!

On the Road to Hana, our shuttle past by this "garbage" display of artwork of Hawaiian stuff. Thought this was pretty cool! Wish we had stuff like this back home in California!

Maui Waterfalls!

Maui Waterfalls!

INCREDIBLE. A the far tip of Maui is Hana and along that highway, you'll see so many incredible waterfalls. Really wish our shuttle guy would of let us stop but we were crunched on time. Definitely would go again and rent a car next time!

Family photo time!

Family photo time!

Family photo of Arch, his aunt, and little cousin!

MICKY MA

MICKY MA

Love this lady. One of my closest friends now and can't wait to visit her soon in Taiwan again!

Another great photo of me.

Another great photo of me.

LOL, I swear I'm not obsessed with myself, just obsessed with the background of this island.

Just enjoy

Just enjoy

Look at this photo, imagine you were there, then make it a reality because Maui is truly beautiful. Everywhere you go, you'll see beauty on this island.

GOT IT!

GOT IT!

Really should have just brought a famous Hawaiian surfboard back to the states. But then again, I think moving to Maui will be sooner than expected. Haha

CHEESIN'

CHEESIN'

Arch, Jimmy, and I cheesin' on the boat. This was heading toward Molokini Crater and of course I got sea sick and had to rest my head for two hours otherwise I would have thrown up. Haha

Family

Family

Couldn't thank Arch and his family for such an incredible trip. Truly love this family as if they were my own. So giving and generous and I swear I never take it for granted when he brings me on one of these trips.
